Shell and tube back-flush filter

These filters are designed for the separation of fine particulates from liquids，the operation is simple and highly automated. Besides, its online self-cleaning function brings a longer service life. The filter consists of several groups of filter cartridges, differential pressure transmitters, imported Johnson screens. Under normal working conditions, the process stream flows in from the bottom of the cartridges and exits from the top after filtration. When the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the general pipelines reach the preset value, the regeneration cycling operation will be started. The transmitters trigger the PLC, and the PLC sends signals to all valves to shut off the filter for back flushing. This filter will be back washed with the filtrate in reverse flow.
