Dewatering devices

For the petrochemical industry, fuel will be fouled because of water and other impurities entered during the process of production and transport. To ensure the fuel quality, water should beremoved from inside the storage containers according to requirements. In light of this need, we developed this new type YZF automatic dewatering unit for oil storages after long term research. It strongly resists to corrosion and offers high return rate and water removing efficiency. What¡¯s more, it is rational in design, compact in structure, easy to install and convenient to use, which make it safe and reliable. The shortcomings of manual water eliminating are replaced by the decrease of labour intensity. At the same time, it also make the process free of fuel emission because the work mode it adopted---water removed while fuel reserved. Obviously, it helps to protect the environment and bring economic and social benefit.
Work logic:
It will switch off and on the water eliminating channel by a float canister setting in and out of a round hole under it. It can be used for the automatic separation between water and fuel in the production units of petrol and petrochemical industries. It is suitable for dehydration of fuels whose densities are not more than 850kg/m3
