This category of filters is used for high precision separation of the impurities and coalescence and recovery of the substances separated. There are three kinds of separation according to the mediums treated.
1. Oil dehydratation(Oil-Water Separator)-this categories of coalescers is used for dehydration of the petroleum products such as aviation kerosene, diesel, gasoline, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil with the maximum purity of 5ppm;
2. Degreasing of the water-this category of coalescers is used for degreasing of wastewater source of the chemical plants and ships, whose maximum purity can reach 5ppm;
The two categories of coalesceurs above are designed and manufactured in accordance with the principles of filtration, emulsion breaking, and coalescence;
3. Separation of liquid (oil or water) (Demister) from gas-this category of filters is used for separation of the substances in liquid state. They are used in oil vapor recovery operation such as the degreasing and the dehydration of hydrogen, of the compressor as well as the separation of liquid from natural gas. The purity can reach 2ppm.
This category of filters is designed and manufactured in accordance with the principles of collision, cyclone separation, coalescence and sedimentation.
